It's really impossible to answer as you will be gaining muscle as you are loosing fat if you are working out hardcore. You should try to limit your weightloss to 4lbs per week to avoid damage to your health. Instead of weightloss you should focus on your fat percentage.
If you want to follow a very effective diet program, you can take a look at the health and finess pages at uwinss.com. there are plenty to be found there. I tried several of them with great success.
Ever heard of the Body for Life program? Reason I recommend it is because it really works cause I used it to completely change my body. The body you have now is due to what you expose it to... one thing that you have to know is that to make the change you are going to have to put in at least a solid month. It takes at least a month to introduce new habits and behaviors and for it to become a normal part of your life.
