started going to the gym just wondering if i should eat before i go i get to the gym at 9.30 in morning so am not really that hungry but ive heard a good breakfast is important but do not want a big breakfast before i go as i might feel bloated would a banana be ok i always have a warm glass of water as soon as i get up any suggestions plz
soften a tsp of oatmeal with a few tsps of hot boiling water and then top it up with 250ml of lowfat choclate milk and 2 or 3 ice cubes.. stir lightly bask yourself in bliss!
You can use light and healthy breakfast before the gym like sprouted food, milk or juice.
