is it water weight or is it actually fat? will it come off fairly easy? its not like i binged or something, i just ate a little more and ate a little unhealthier than i usually do.. it was only 3 pounds not like 10..

Well it takes 3500 calories to make a pound, and you already burn around 2000 calories a day. I'm guessing you've just attained a lot of water from salty foods, and your body still has a lot of the food in your system, trying to break it down. Just wait a few days, don't beat yourself up, and you'll feel good as new.
