im 5.6 13 years old and weigh 150 and i want to weigh at most 120 how many calories should i eat that's healthy but i can still lose weight
you should at least eat 2000 calories a day... and if you want to be like 120 pounds exercise a lot like jogging for few minutes some push ups pull ups maybe? i'm 15 and i weight about 130 because i do some exercises so i hope that helped

you are supposed to eat that many, but you eat different foods to get it.
