Inner knee/calf/hamstring pain?

I had my acl repaired around 7 months ago with my patellar tendon. Ever since then i have had pain on the inside of my knee it goes from my inner upper calf to my lower hamstring. It only hurts when sprinting, doing high knees quickly, and especially when i bend my knee 90 degrees parallel to the ground and point my toes back. My p.t. and surgeon don't know what it could be from anyone else have a clue?
Sounds like hamstring tightness. Tell your PT to look up muscle energy techniques, reciprocal and autogenic inhibition of hamstrings, or progressive relaxation activities. Sounds like your hamstring is firing at end range.
