im 18 years old and weigh 190, i only have treadmil at home i go to school at 12am so i have time to exercise in the morning after school i work at the library but its not much of a workout
i really need some help i wanna lose weight in 2 months and i dont know how to start, also i wanna know whats the average weight lose in 2 months
Assuming that you are a male, you need to do some weight workouts. There is a lot of information on Shape it Up at http://bodybuildingmuscleshaping.com . There are at least a dozen really good articles there.
Nothing will help you lose fat faster than weight workouts. It builds muscle which burns more calories as you workout. So you just spiro up on the calorie burning. And you get in shape one the way, toning up and probably losing weight. There are some workouts outlined in the articles too.
