Um... I used Nv for a while but it says take 2 pills a day I had to go to one pill a day because i caught myself not eating even after i didnt take the pill for a day so its like really dramatic on how much you eat but i lost like 30 lbs. in 2 1/2 weeks. hope i helped
sorry to tell u but no diet pills work...they screw up ur body like drugs...
