For people who need them, they are indispensable. People are happier, sleep less, socialize better and are more balanced.

I know people that take them and they really help a lot. It's a coping devise and not meant to correct all your problems, but it helps you take more control of your life and your feelings and lets you manage your life.
You still have problems and need to talk to someone about them, but they do help in many ways.
A lot of people are embarrassed to take them or admit they need some extra help, but the longer you wait the more depressed you will become.....and the longer it will take you to get your life back on track
